During the pre-wedding celebrations with Radhika Merchant, Mukesh Ambani was visibly moved to tears as his youngest son and soon-to-be groom, Anant Ambani, expressed gratitude towards him and Nita Ambani for their unwavering support during his health struggles from childhood. An emotional Anant shared, “My father and mother have always stood by me, empowering me to believe that if I set my mind to something, I can achieve it.” With tears in his eyes, Mukesh Ambani applauded warmly, as Anant continued, “Their support means everything to me, and I am forever thankful.” Anant, the youngest inheritor of Mukesh Ambani’s Reliance empire, has faced obesity issues since childhood, compounded by asthma, making his weight-loss journey challenging, as previously disclosed by his mother in an interview.
Anant Ambani, in his address, expressed gratitude to Nita Ambani for her relentless efforts in orchestrating the celebrations in Gujarat’s Jamnagar preceding his wedding to Radhika Merchant. He noted that his mother devoted approximately 19 hours a day for four months to meticulously plan and execute the wedding arrangements.

Addressing the guests, Anant Ambani expressed his appreciation, saying, “Thank you, Mumma, for everything you’ve accomplished.” He credited his mother for single-handedly organizing the entire event, emphasizing her tireless dedication. “My mother has put her heart and soul into this. For the past four months, she has worked tirelessly, I believe, for 18-19 hours a day. I am profoundly thankful to Mumma.”
