Hanu Man takes inspiration from Lord Hanuman, a revered deity in Ramayana known for his loyalty to Rama and his role in the battle against Ravana. Lord Hanuman is considered a powerful and divine figure, one of the seven immortals in Indian mythology. In the movie, the ‘Mani’ grants Hanumanthu (the protagonist) superhuman strength and the ability to wield divine weapons, reminiscent of Lord Hanuman.

Despite a competitive release weekend, the film was well-prepared with a carefully planned release strategy covering 430 locations. The timing aligns with the Indian festival of Sankranthi and precedes the much-anticipated consecration of Lord Rama’s temple in Ayodhya. Featuring actors like Sajja, Amritha Aiyer, Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, and Vinay Rai, the movie is gaining praise for its portrayal of mythology, incorporating a self-aware twist and delivering commendable performances.
