At a dazzling ceremony on September 22, 2024, contestant #36, Rhea Singha, was crowned Miss Universe India 2024 after competing against 51 finalists. She will now represent India at the Miss Universe 2024 pageant.

Pranjal Priya (#34) was named the 1st Runner-Up, followed by Chhavi Verg (#16) as the 2nd Runner-Up. Sushmita Roy (#47) and Ruopfuzhano Whiso (#39) took the 3rd and 4th Runner-Up positions, respectively.
