Aamir Khan’s daughter, Ira Khan, recently got married to Nupur Shikhare in Mumbai. Aamir’s ex-wife, Kiran Rao, was seen smiling as Aamir greeted her with a kiss during the wedding festivities. Aamir wore a cream sherwani and a pink turban, while Kiran donned a golden and green outfit.
The celebration included the presence of Aamir’s first wife, Reena Dutta, and their son Junaid Khan. Kiran Rao and their son Azad Rao Khan were also part of the joyful occasion. Videos and pictures emerged on social media capturing the family posing for paparazzi after the wedding, with Aamir giving Kiran a kiss on the cheek.
For the registered marriage ceremony, Ira looked stunning in a deep-cut choli with pink and blue dhoti pants, complemented by a silver dupatta on her head. Nupur opted for a blue bandhgala suit. The couple met during the Covid-19 lockdown when Nupur was training Aamir Khan, and an engagement party took place in November.
A grand wedding function is planned in Udaipur on January 8, where the couple, along with their families, will celebrate further. The couple’s relationship journey was shared by Nupur Shikhare on Instagram, expressing love for Ira, and the wedding ceremony was attended by Aamir’s extended family, creating a memorable and joyful event.
